I think I mentioned this before but I like real estate. Back when I was younger I almost got into real estate as a business. I took some college courses relating to real estate but never went through with it as a career. Since I’m on the subject of homes one thing you never see on them is
a conservatory They are sorta hard to explain. You have to see what the pictures look like. Its a add on with windows. I usually see them around pools or a patio type setup. If you live in a rainy climate this can be a solution to get the outdoors part of you without getting wet.

I really like the victorian style one. I live Oregon were it tends to rain a good amount of the year. One day if I can make enough money I want to buy a beach house. I live about 1 hour to 2 hours from a beach. I would add one of these conservatories to the house. My dad’s cousin use to own a condo at the coast here. It sucks he had to sell it to pay off taxes and mortgages. He kept borrowing on his properties and eventually had to sell it. He lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in appreciation because of this. Oh well he had to or go into fourclosure.
