So I just finished a online exam and got bored. I logged on to poker stars, notice my brother playing a game. He is all in with k7 and flops 7, 7. It seems a lot of the games are won with complete luck. I know, luck is part of poker, but could it be that online is fixed? Who regulates it? Oh ya, the online poker sites are based over seas.

Did these billion dollar poker sites move over seas because they are bored? Perhaps some tax advantages exist in countries such as Costa Rica. I think it is a good chance they cheat, they take money from the USA, taxes. I am not sure why the US authorities do not go and raid these billion dollar corporations. These crooked websites are stealing taxes and the US should raid them. I support this 100 percent, who would not.
