When I was a kid I use to go to the Oregon coast Alot with my family. My dads cousin owned a condo right on the ocean along the promenade. I remember it was back in 1992 when the USA basketball Olympic team blasted every team using star players Micheal Jordan , Larry Bird and Magic Johnson. He let my family stay in his condo for a week for free which normally would cost $200.00/night. As I got older he called my dad looking for help to keep his condo. He had got into tax trouble and the government was about to forclose on his condo. Luckily my dad loaned him enough to avoid the forclosure. He almost lost the condo to the government. If I would of known about sell and rent back he probably could of rented it back to this company. This would of been a great way to stop reposessions This is a true story and really happened in my life.
