TMZ has reported that P. Diddy Sean Combs is being investigated for socking a man at a Hollywood Oscar Party.

At around 2am Gerald Rechnitzer 27 years old, was heading to the parking lot and made a stop at the bathroom. After walking out he noticed his Fiancee was surrounded by six men, including Sean Combs. Combs chatted to Gerald’s girl for 5 mins then invited her to his party.

Rechintzer asked his fiancee a second time to leave with him. Sean Combs then allegedly socked Rechnitzser in the jaw.

The Court ruled today to give custody of the body to Anna Nicole Smith babies court appointed attorney Richard Milstein. This leads to Anna being buried next to her son Daniel in the Bahamas.

Smiths mom wanted Anna Nicole to be buried in Texas while the others wanted her buried in the Bahamas.

Christie Brinkley had emergency surgery Tuesday night on her back. She injured it on a recent ski trip with her kids.

“She needed surgery, and thank God she got it,” the 53-year-old model’s rep, Fran Curtis, tells PEOPLE. “She sounds great. She’s feeling a million times better.”

The surgery was a success according to reports. No reports on the extent of the injuries but her rep says it had worsened in the last few days.

Brinkley had to miss her daughter Alexa Ray Joel, 21 performance at the Mercury lounge in Lower Manhattan.

“I wish that my mom could be there for the show but the most important thing right now is for her to get well,” Alexa Ray comments.

Paris Hilton may face a max of 90 days in jail if she was found violating her probation.

“She’s potentially in violation of probation; we are taking steps to verify this,” L.A. city attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan tells PEOPLE.

Paris Hilton was stopped Tuesday at 11pm on Sunset blvd for speeding and driving without headlights on.

Paris was cited for driving with a suspended license a misdemeanor violation. She was driving a 2007 Bentley Continental GTC Convertible.

She was on her way back from buying DVD’s in West Hollywood and didn’t notice her lights not on because she had just left a highly lit parking area.

Nicole Richey has been charged with DUI. She has a chance to goto jail. She was charged last week of DUI. She also had a misdemeanor DUI conviction in 2003. California law states if you get two DUI’s within 10 years you get awarded 90 days in jail, a fine from $390-1,000 and a suspension of driving.

Looks like it pays to have someone drive for you while your hammered.
