Metal Buildings are cheaper then concrete.

I use to work a low paying security guard job. I would patrol once every hour. This company sells chemicals to very large semi conductor company’s. They have five buildings probably in case one burns down they just lose one big building. They instead just lose a small part of the business. They grew so much that they decided to buy Metal Buildings. To store the barrels of chemicals in between shipping. I know that just one of the normal concrete buildings cost min one million dollars to build. This was back in 1992 or so. The cost today would be much higher. So my guess they purchased Metal Buildings to reduce this huge expense and still expand the business. Its a Japanese company which I was told by my boss they never replace anything unless it is completely broken. So this company was constantly fixing machines that break down.
