Why bloggers should have a domain name
When I first started blogging I did my research. It’s recommended you start with your own WordPress Web Hosting. For example I know a celebrity blogger who used a free blogger hosting account and later got it taken away. I think her blog was getting 15,000 visits a day. It could of been they wanted the traffic themselves or if someone complains or threatens to so them they will just pull your domain off the server.
Another reason it just looks more professional with your own domain name. Some advertisers wont even contact you if your on a free host. Like any business you have to invest money and time to make it successful. If you plan to do paid advertising they want you to be on your own domain.
