In a press release issued by Hatten’s “management team,” Hatten states he has been “falsely imprisoned on fabricated charges solely to remove him from Smith’s life.”

Mark Hatten who dated Anna Nicole Smith briefly is sueing Howard K. Stern for 100 million dollars.
Mark is currently in jail for making threats against Anna Nicole Smith.
