US Magazine is reporting the spears can no longer drive with her kids in the car. Both spears and Federline’s attorney’s commented after the 90 min court appearance today which is Friday.

One of Federline’s people called for a hearing after spears was video taped running a red light Nov 8th with her two kids in the back seat. Kaplan who is Federline’s attorney says “All I can tell you is orders have been made. They have not been released by the court so I’m not allowed to talk about it.

Spears’ attorney Anne Kiley told Usmagazine.com: “I can’t talk about anything. Everything’s fine.”

As long as the kids are safe that’s mainly what matters. I do agree that with all the photographers tailgating and swamping spears the children should be protected.

according to TMZ Britney Spears ran over another foot last night at the hotel four seasons in Beverly Hills. Its another photographers foot being ran over.

The paps refused to move, despite several warnings and documented footage of how Britney rolls. Moments later, Brit shockingly rolled her new wheels over a guy’s foot.

I personally like a little excitement. I have been known to enjoy six flags or Disney land rides. However getting within 50 feet of Britney Spears driving is a little to scary for me. It just depends though. If I could sell one of my smelly socks on ebay for $1,000 I might let her run my feet over. I would just make sure to curl my little toes up so they don’t hurt.

The other day britney spears was talking on her mobile phone and ran right through a red light. The court appointed monitor was sitting right next to her. TMZ wrote.

The Popwreck approached the light slowly on Coldwater Canyon. You then see Britney raise her cellphone to her face. It is unclear if she’s texting or making a call. She then drives into the intersection as someone outside the car screams, “Red light, red light!” Britney then turns left onto Mulholland Drive, managing to miss oncoming traffic.

Its rumored that Kevin is trying to get this tape from TMZ to use against her in court. Britney and the media are doing a good job promoting Britney being a bad parent. Like not watching her children around the swimming pool. Britney you better keep on top of your game if you want to get custody. Or even get shared custody. Chris Angel appeared on Larry King live the other night. Larry asked Chris about Britney’s VMA performance. “Were you embarrassed for her?”

“I understand what she goes through in her life – she lives under a microscope, and it’s unbelievable to see – it’s difficult to watch,” “I really feel for her, I want the best for her, I want her to feel complete, and if she’s happy with her performance I guess that’s what matters,”

Everyone liked the plans Brit and Angel had for her rehersal however Britney didn’t want to put in the long hours required for the performance. He was asked if he was in relationships with Britney Spears and Paris Hilton. He said he was never involved with them. He did admit to being in a relationship with Camron Diaz.

Britney Spears was on Ryan Seacrest’s morning radio show today. She was on to talk about her new album and life as a mother. Ryan asked her about the media and the negative stuff about her as a mother.

“People say what they want and do what they do. It’s sad how people … how cruel our world can be. But at the end of the day you gotta to know in your heart that you are doing the best that you can.”

He asked her if your doing the best you can as a mother. Spears says, “Oh god, yeah, yeah.”
She was on the radio show to promote her new album Blackout which is in stores Tuesday. Today Britney Spears lost custody of her two boys. Britney can have three monitored visits a week. She can visit two partial days and one overnight visit a week. For the holidays the court left it up to spears and federline to work out themselves. This Friday the court ordered her to secure her swimming pool for the safety of her kids. The parenting coach says Britney’s action wasn’t not abusive.

She said Britney doesn’t give her children any thought when making decisions. She goes on to say Britney now realizes the consequences of her actions and the effect it has on her children. She doesn’t think Britney will be a successful Parent.

Britney Spears was having fun with Paparazzi this weekend. She sprays them with window washer fluid. Spears has a friend named Sam Lufti. They were spotted yesterday at a gas station. Sam pumped gas while Brit waited in the car. Before taking off Britney motioned some of the photographers to come over to her. As soon as they got up to the windshield she drenched them with wiper fluid. They both had a good laugh then drove off.

Chris Angel talks about him and Britney Spears. It seems they use to date.

“We were supposed to do a creation of stuff that we worked on and it took a lot of dedication and work to do the things that we wanted to do,” Criss, recalls exclusively to “OK!” Britney’s planned VMA performance. “Unfortunately for me, she didn’t really want to put forth that type of effort.”

Britney Spears seems to have lost her visitation rights to her kids.
Yesterday’s court document reads: (Spears’) visitation with the minor children is suspended pending (her) compliance with court orders.”

In September court required her to take random drug test and to work with parenting coaches.
Britney in the past had visitation rights with her kids. She has a scheduled court date on OCT 26.

The recent hit and run she had appears to being getting settled. She reached a financial agreement with the hit and run incident. This doesn’t clear her of misdemeanour charges.
The damages were in the 1,000 range according to Britney’s lawyer.
