LOS ANGELES — Britney Spears’ legal woes mounted Friday as prosecutors charged her with misdemeanor counts of hit and run and driving without a valid license after she allegedly smashed her car into another in a parking lot in August. If convicted, the singer could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine for each count, said Nick Velasquez, spokesman for the city attorney’s office….

Britney Spears 25 was seen by paparazzi on video walking away after checking her own car for damage. Kim Robard-Rifkin, filed a police report, the lady who’s care was hit. Kim is a 59 year old registered nurse. CelebTV.com posted the video of Britney during this incident.

Entertainment news is reporting that “someone”(who could that be?) put a hit out on Kevin Federline. LAPD and FBI are investing the apparent hit on Kevin Federline’s life. This report says that the FED’s made attemp’s to contact Kevin about the contract on his life. Entertainment Tonight appeared at Britney/Kevin’s press conference. A news reported yelled out questions about the apparent hit on Kevin. No comment was given.

K Fed’s spousal money was suppose to run out in November but Brits lawyers extended that until he remarries or dies. So K Fed is getting 20k/month. Not bad timing on having some kids. What sucks for K Fed is his image is tarnished because of Britney Spears. But then again it sorta gives him attention and a chance to make it big. At least K Fed is smart to make a little cash making fun of himself in the super bowl commercial.

I heard on a radio show too bad I didn’t know what show it was the Britney’s career is over. The radio show guys said she will be on surreal life soon. All this after her bad performance at the VMA’s. I personally doubt she would ever do surreal life, shes making too much loot.

The California Highway-Interstate Patrol (CHIP) on Friday night pulled over Britney Spears for speeding on one of California’s clogged up freeways. Luck broke Brit’s way for once as she was only issued a warning. No ticket was issued.

Madeline Bernstein, President of SPCA - LA, told TMZ.

“We have received various sources of complaints throughout the day. Some said that Britney’s Yorkie dog was injured and had a cast on and some said the dog had a broken leg and was not treated.

They left a note at britneys home while she was away. SPCA was checking to see if britney’s dog was getting the proper care it needs.
