Kanye West takes time out at one of his concerts to explain why he is performing so soon after his mothers passing. He cancelled his Monday concert in Amsterdam to be at his mothers memorial service in Oklahoma. The doctor that preformed the surgeries on Donda West gave his first interview to the LA Times. He said she had no problems whatsoever when she left his office. He says she likely died from a heart attack, pulmonary embolism or accidental pain medication overdose. The official autopsy report is do out in some weeks.

From what I have seen on the media about this doctor he has some bad experiences or complaints in the past. He has botched some tummy tucks on other patients. Any network that had him on removed him from the channel. No one will comment about the guy.

After the news of Kanye West mother Dr. Donda West passing away Kanye cancelled his appearance at the Victoria’s Secret fashion show.

The show is being filmed today in Hollywood at the Kodiak Theater. The show is to air on Dec 4 on CBS. The spice girls are suppose to preform. The autopsy report on Dr. Donda West will not be available for for to six weeks. She died just hours after a tummy tuck and breast reduction.

Its reported that Kanye West got upset at the end of the MTV music awards last night. He was nominated for 5 awards and didn’t win one. Here is what he said.

“That’s two years in a row, man … give a black man a chance,” West said, stomping around his entourage and directing his comments at a reporter. “I’m trying hard man, I have the … number one record, man.”

West said he never will return to MTV.

I watched the MTV awards show last night. Man I was wishing I knew about it and was in vegas. Not like I would get into Kanye west party but it looked sweet. I agree Kanye West should be winning some of these awards. They should go by how many records you sell to determine who wins. If Kanye had the highest selling record for the year at least give him one award. It took outkast like 10 years or so to get a award. I use to listen to them when I was a kid back in 1993 or so. Thats how long Outkast has been around. Maybe they will treat Kanye West the same way.

Retired daredevil Evel Knievel is suing Kanye West, claiming the rapper ripped off his trademarked look in a recent music video in which the performer, using the handle “Evel Kanyevel,” wears a red, white, and blue jumpsuit during a failed rocket ride over a gorge.

Knievel, 68, charges that West copied his look down to a distinctive “EK” belt buckle in the video for “Touch The Sky,” a single off his hit album “Late Registration.”

An excerpt from Knievel’s trademark infringement lawsuit, which was filed last Friday in U.S. District Court in Tampa, Florida, can be found below.

Included as an exhibit to the complaint is a copy of a September 1974 Sports Illustrated cover showing Knievel–who was then preparing to jump Idaho’s Snake River Canyon on a rocket-powered contraption–in his trademark jumpsuit.

The 29-year-old West’s outfit appears to be modeled on the Knievel threads. The lawsuit, which does not specify monetary damages, also names as defendants West’s record label and Chris Milk, director of the video, which debuted on MTV in February.
