Jessica Biel seems to like messing with the paparazzi. In the past she attacked them with a umbrella. I have noticed in the past other celebrities taking pictures of them while they take pictures of the celebrity. She also got a parking ticket this day. I still don’t get why the ladies like these boots. They look like they are dressed for the movie star wars.

Paris Hilton filed a lawsuit against Hallmark for using her likeness on a greeting card without her permission. Hallmark’s lawyers recently responded to the suit.

The company’s motion to dismiss said, “Hilton has become a household name, based in large part on her efforts to draw attention to herself. Having done so, she has subjected herself to public scrutiny and the parodist’s pen. The First Amendment does not allow her to respond by welcoming the fawning and flattering, but silencing the critical and comical.”

Paris Hilton must be using most her time to search for people using her name for a profit. Just recently she found her card board cutout in a porn shop. The shop was located in Toronto Canada and also sold her sex tape.

Apparently Kim Kardashian told playboy she wont film herself having sex again. If you don’t know who she is she has a show called Keeping Up with the Kardashians on the E channel. She is also famous of a sex video thats going around the internet. Kim told playboy her stepfather wouldn’t talk to her for three weeks after he heard of the sex tape. She is working on improving her image with the new reality show. However they are getting criticized for her two younger sisters, Kendal 12, and Kylie 9 who acted out similar actions that girls do in Girls Gone Wild.

I actually watched this episode. The step dad found out his step daughters and his wife went to Mexico for a photo shoot with Girls Gone Wild. The Kardashians are friends with the founder of girls gone wild and stayed in his Mexico home. Bruce Jenner the step dad gets pissed off and heads down to Mexico thinking they are doing nude photos. While I don’t blame him one bit. As hes down there watching things his two step daughters are playing around with his son who is suppose to be watching them. The young Step daughters are playing around the parents stripper pole acting like they are girls gone wild. You should of seen once Bruce Jenner saw this video tape. It was one of the funniest things I have seen in a while. It looked bad but nothing happened.

Kid Rock was at the opening Super sonics game on Thursday. After watching the 2nd overpick in the draft I’m thinking Portland Trailblazers should of picked him. The other day against I think it was the Suns he had 18 points in the first half. He was looking steller. But in the 2nd half he had something like 4 points. Durant’s overall game is great. He can shoot 3 pointers very well. Usually getting nothing but net. He is a skinny guy who could fill out some more. He is young and can keep up and above the normal NBA tempo but I think he might not have a long career as a high level superstar. He seems like Yao Ming is with fast breaks.

Tony Romo just signed a 67 million 6 year deal with Dallas Cowboys. Hmm. Could it be they are 6-1 this year. Of course now they want to lock him in. He has came a long ways sine a couple years ago. He just shakes his head when the media says he has had relationships with Britney Spears or Paris Hilton. I still think he looks like a geek from beauty and the geek TV show.

Gavin Maloof recently had a party in vegas. Gavin is co owner of the Sacramento Kings NBA team. He also co owns Palms Casino. Some of the guys at the party were rapper Xzibit, NBA star Ron Artest, Terrel Owens who plays for the Cowboys.

I was reading the post TMZ did of this story and one guy commented how Gavin is a prick. He hated working for him. He said his brother was one of the nicest people he ever met. If your into comedy try and find a repeat of Jamie Kennedy’s experiment show were they prank Gavin.

Kid Rock and his fighting. Kid is on Ellen’s show today. I will be checking it out to here what he has to say. I wonder if the tip was too cheap or what to get this kid all pissed off. Kid ended up with a misdemeanor battery charge. He said he was drinking. Could this be a reason he was easily pissed off?

TMZ reports Sean Combs got served legal papers over the recent beat down. He apparently had two body guards rough up a guy. Diddy was going into his main store while his body guard slammed the papers to the ground. James Waldon claims Diddy’s body guards produced injuries to his teeth and mouth. Also giving him bruises. He is suing Diddy and his body guards for 5 million.

Clifford Joseph Harris, Jr., AKA: T.I. has been arrested and remains in custody. The ATF, U.S. Marshalls: Fugitive Task Force, Fulton County SWAT, Fulton County PD, Dekalb County PD, and the ATF/Atlanta PD all went after him. T.I. is suppose to preform at the BET Hip Hop Awards.

I was at a friends daughters birthday yesterday and someone mentioned this gossip. Apparently one of T.I’s body guards registered a gun and somehow T.I. is linked to it. I don’t know the specifics yet but will let you guys know any new information I get.
