People magazine report:
“SB 38 is for people who have been convicted of DUI on more than one occasion within a 7-year period, the Santa Barbara Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse states on its Web site.
“The program consists of 52 hours of group counseling, bi-weekly face-to-face interviews and 12 hours of alcohol education, according to the council. Participants are also encouraged to attend 12-step meetings.”
I doubt she’s drinking much lately since shes pregnant. I know she use to get drunk during her younger years. What’s a little alcohol of course not during pregnos. It’s better then the heroin bindge’s right?

I saw some other pictures yesterday of Nicole Richie in bikini with the prego action going. So Nicole Richie must be spending alot of time at the beach. The guy in the picture is her boyfriend Joel Madden. Not sure what she sees in the tatoo guy. Do you really think Nicole is ready to raise a baby? I hope the simple life was just all a act. If not Nicole is going to be one wild parent. Just maybe Nicole just has a bad alcohol problem and its just a beer belly.

“prepared to do the full four-day sentence” — but after being held in a cell in the booking area of the jail, she got her walking papers and strutted right back home.
