Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have been seen at an LA jewlery store. It appears she is wearing a diamond ring turned around in this picture. Just happens to be on the “important finger”.

At least shes drinking coffee or espresso her. Usually shes getting DUI’s.

Nicole Richie may be going to the slammer/jail

Nicole Richey has been charged with DUI. She has a chance to goto jail. She was charged last week of DUI. She also had a misdemeanor DUI conviction in 2003. California law states if you get two DUI’s within 10 years you get awarded 90 days in jail, a fine from $390-1,000 and a suspension of driving.

Looks like it pays to have someone drive for you while your hammered.

Nicole Richie seem eating a big huge juicy hamburger. mmm. Shes with friend Nicky Hilton at Johnny Rockets in Los Angeles. Nicole’s family and friends want her to goto rehab since her DUII case however she wont go.

I’ve seen pics of this and each time there is a guy hawk eying Nicole Richie. Check this guy out he’s either going to try and cop a crotch or ass grab or steal her purse. The dude needs to chill and let Nicole eat a dam burger. She might just go and puke it up in a nice little bag to stay skinny.

ABC security cameras caught some shots of Nicole Richie as she was being questioned by CHP officers yesterday when they found her going the wrong way in the carpool lane. She admitted to taking Vicodin and smoking pot and her attorney says:

“This is a difficult time for Nicole but she is prepared to accept whatever responsibility is appropriate. She intends to continue with her career and will deal with any other issues that need to be addressed.”
