Paris Hilton served 5 days of jail of her 23 day sentence and given house arrest.
TMZ reported she was able to do house arrest with a ankle bracelet do to health reasons.
NO officials would comment on the health reasons.

Joe Francis the creator of Girls Gone Wild is soon to be out of jail. He spent 14 days in a panama city correctional facility. Joe was given a federal indictment for tax evasion and caught with some pills with cash.
Joe Francis was also finded $5,000 after he pleaded guilty to criminal contempt.
Joes attorny says this
“It’s pretty unusual for a businessman to be shackled, jailed and held in solitary confinement, all stemming from his failure to mediate and settle a civil case.”
