Vivica A. Fox DUI charges.

Vivica A. Fox pleaded not guilty to charges that Viv drove drunk. She wasn’t in court today. The police said she blew a .09 last march. She was pulled over on the 101 in Los Angeles.
She was charged with one count of driving under the influence and one count of driving over the legal limit of .08.

She is allowed to be around people who drink but she is to not drink alcohol. She will be appearing back in court on October 29th.
