Nicole Richie may be going to the slammer/jail
Nicole Richey has been charged with DUI. She has a chance to goto jail. She was charged last week of DUI. She also had a misdemeanor DUI conviction in 2003. California law states if you get two DUI’s within 10 years you get awarded 90 days in jail, a fine from $390-1,000 and a suspension of driving.
Looks like it pays to have someone drive for you while your hammered.
