I got to thinking how much fun I have had in the summer months. I live here in Portland Oregon so the wheather isn’t the best durning the year. We have to enjoy the summer while it is still here. I think the best summer vacation I have ever had was when I was 18 years old or so. I took a trip to california with a group of five friends. We drove down to cali in a van. We had the vacation planned out so well we only stayed at a place about 1-2 days. We went to six flags, disneyland, drove down the coastal highway to visit peperdine college. Also we visited a friends relative in palm springs and also with one of his relatives near peperdine off the coastal highway. The palm desert one was with a friends grandpas condo. We basically hung out in the swimming pool all day long. We probably should of flew with flight to New York but we dicided on this trip to cali instead.

I remember this one situation. We drove through crenshaw blvd for the fun of it. My best friend wanted to stop and take a picture next to the sign. The driver wouldnt pull over it was hilarious. He was so scared saying they will know five white kids with a oregon plate. I think what made it so fun was we were constantly doing something and always on the move. This made the vacation go by because we were just having so much fun.
